Remote Online Notarization: Remote Online Notarizations may require identity verification, credential analysis, audiovisual recording, and electronic recordkeeping through the technology platform used to perform the notarization. Certain records must be retained in accordance with applicable Texas law and cannot be deleted upon request when retention is legally required.

Third-Party Services: DocsxBrenda may use trusted third-party providers to facilitate services, including electronic notarization platforms, document-signing platforms, payment processors, scheduling systems, email providers, cloud storage, and shipping carriers. Information processed through these providers may also be subject to their respective privacy and security policies.

Record Retention: We retain documents and personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service or as required by applicable law, regulation, contractual obligation, or notarial recordkeeping requirement. When records are no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or dispose of them.
