  • Nope! As long as I’m physically located in Texas (which I am!), you can be anywhere in the world — thanks to Remote Online Notarization (RON). All you need is a device with a camera and internet connection.

    • Access to a smartphone or computer with a webcam

  • Yes! I offer mobile notary services in Austin and by appointment in San Antonio. Whether you're at home, work, or a local coffee shop — I’ll come to you.

  • An Apostille certifies that a document is authentic for use in another country. Yes, we can help! We offer apostille processing, same-day services (in Austin & San Antonio), and courier options to make it easy for you.

  • Fees vary depending on the service. You can view our full price list [here]. Mobile travel, document prep, and after-hours appointments may have additional fees.

  • Yes! We offer Document Preparation Services so you can get everything done in one smooth, stress-free session. Just let us know what you need ahead of time.

  • We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and debit/credit cards (small processing fee may apply).

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before your scheduled time with no penalty.
    Cancellations or changes made less than 2 hours before may be subject to a $25 fee plus forfeit of services payment.
    Need to make a change? Just call, text, or email — we’ll do our best to work with you!

  • If you're a no-show (no contact within 10 minutes of your appointment), your session will be marked as missed.

    • Mobile/In-Person Appointments: The full service fee will be forfeited.

    • Online Appointments: Fees may be forfeited depending on the platform.
