We proudly offer Spanish-language appointments for borrowers who prefer to communicate in Spanish during their loan signing.
While we are fluent in both English and Spanish, Texas law prohibits a Notary Public from translating, interpreting, or explaining the legal meaning of loan documents during the signing appointment. Our role is limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, and performing the required notarizations.
To ensure all parties understand these limitations, a Language Acknowledgement Form will be sent before your appointment. This form must be signed and returned prior to the scheduled signing. Failure to complete the acknowledgment before your appointment may result in the signing being postponed or canceled.
A Spanish Language Assistance Fee applies to all Spanish-language loan signings to cover the additional coordination and preparation required for these appointments.
