Any questions regarding your documents should be directed to your lender, title company, or attorney.

Seller packages are typically shorter, but just as important. We'll ensure your documents are executed accurately and efficiently so your closing stays on track.
Spanish Language Assistance
Spanish-language loan signings are available for borrowers who prefer to conduct their appointment in Spanish.
Because these appointments require additional preparation and time to ensure a smooth signing experience, a Spanish Language Assistance Fee applies to all Spanish-language loan signings.

Title Office Requirement
Certain loan products—including some Cash-Out Refinances, HELOCs, and Refinance transactions—may be required by the lender or title company to be signed at a title company or attorney's office.
When a conference room must be reserved for your appointment, a $200 room rental fee applies.
The room rental fee is paid directly to DocsxBrenda at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
This fee is non-refundable once the room has been reserved.
If your lender or title company does not require an office signing, we are happy to meet at another approved location.
